Family Crisis Services of Northwest Mississippi
Description
Family Crisis Services of Northwest Mississippi is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency founded in 1992 that serves as a comprehensive victim services organization by providing advocacy services to survivors of sexual assault, child abuse, homicide, domestic violence, and family violence. The agency is also an accredited Childrens’ Advocacy Center with the National Children’s Alliance.
Family Crisis Services strives to reduce trauma of violence by providing immediate and long-term support to survivors, and primary prevention to the community by providing the following: victim advocacy, on-site counseling, forensic interviewing, prevention education, and community-wide awareness events. All services and programs are provided free of charge.
